We seek to deepen our understanding and practice of authentic leadership so that we may create a good human society.
We host monthly gatherings in Seattle and Olympia. Our gatherings are designed around the core principles from within the ALIA (Authentic Leadership in Action) tradition. Together, we seek to develop the skills and capacities central to authentic leadership as we understand it. These include cultivating presence, embodiment, deep listening, mindful speaking and learning to work skillfully with the challenges that knock us off center, like bias, fear, change and conflict.
For content, we draw on the capacities and skills of our members as well as resources from the Authentic Leadership Center (ALC) at Naropa University.
The Puget Sound Authentic Leadership Community of Practice is community-driven, non-profit and self-organizing.
